Eating with your hands?
We go to a a few African and Middle Eastern restaurants in our city and rarely have any utensils at the table. I assumed that this is the custom in the countries where the cusine is served on a regular basis.
If Westerners and Europeans travel to countries where eating utensils are rarely used, should they be concerned about the cleanliness?
