As a person who has never been to Africa, but likes beaches and the ocean I'd say
Egypt and
Mauritius (though that's off the main continent) are good choices.
I guess it depends on what you're looking for. Beaches, safari, big cities, deserts.. There's a lot to choose from in Africa
