Favorite kind of Asian food

I've always thought the Asian culture represents one of the most diverse blends of food that can be found throughout the world. There's Chinese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese and more. If you've been to Asia, tell us what some of your favorites foods have been.

My favorite kind of Asian food would be the roasted chicken done in the traditional way. Too delicious.

I love just about anything that is curried. Chicken Tikka Korma is my biggest weakness. Once I start eating I can't stop, no matter how full I get!

I have not been to Asia, but I have had lots of Asian foods, except for Indian.
I still have to try that!

that being said, I favor Chinese and Mandarin food.

There are a lot of delicious barbeques(grilled meat) in Asia.
