Regulations to Entering?

Are there any regulations pertaining to travelers coming in and out of Cuba? Any restrictions people traveling here should be made aware of?

I'm not sure, but aren't US residents banned from going to Cuba? It's just something I think I've read sometime, so don't take my word for it

US Citizens aren't forbidden by law to travel to Cuba, but according to the "Trading with the Enemy" legislation, we are not allowed to spend any money there whatsoever, so basically, you can go, but you cannot spend money to eat or do any sort of activity or accommodations or anything like that. So, right now, I'd say it's probably not a good idea to go.

Ya. I doubt that any one would really want to go to cuba for a vacation. But I dont think there is any law that says you cant go in and out of cuba.
