What are some local foods that are a must for anyone visiting Jamaica?

I can't wait to hear the answer to this question. As soon as I find out, I am going to go looking for recipes online!

While it's not a full guide to Jamaican food, there's some information about it in our travel guide to Montego Bay (Jamaica). It seems to be a lot of grilled meat/fish and fruit.. Sounds delicious to me

That link was really helpful - I actually want to go to the store and see if I can find some plantains to try to make something!
