Have you ever?
How does that work?
Is it worth it?

I have used a travel agent many times. It does have several advantages, and one of the best is should any problems arise while you are on holiday, a travel agents representative is actually on site to help.

that is a good point
I never thought of that

so if you miss a plane or a connection, they can assist you with accomodations
