Do we know if the number of vacationing people is reduced, now that the economy is showing signs of uncertainty? Is there any evidence for this?

I don't really know. But maybe. Since the prices have gone high, I think only those who can really afford still go on a vacation.

I think that an American tradition is to go on vacation even when you can't afford it. I wonder if that has slowed down some.
