Getting Around Fiji

What is the best way to get around Fiji? Is it advisable to rent a car, or is it easy to get around Fiji on foot?

Thanks for the link - looks like the best way to me is to just stay in a resort near the city center and do most of your travels on foot.

Ya. I think the best way would be to walk on foot. I dont think it would make must sence to drive around in a car. Besides, every where i have been to its easy to walk instead of driving.
