Gustav thoughts

Just sending out my thoughts and prayers to anyone touched by Gustav, though thankfully it wasn't near as bad as it could have been and may yet reek havoc with its stormy rain. Sure hope Hannah and the next one they're watching dissipate or lessen. New Orleans was sure lucky not to be hit head on.

I really wish this country would stop allowing people to rebuild in places that are prone to these disasters.

I bet we could pay off the national debt if we didn't keep financing this year after year!

My thoughts are with all those folks affected by this. It's gotta be tough to have to be evacuated and then move back in...fix things up, and do it all over again. It is sort of senseless too.

My family and I live in Pascagoula MS and thankfully, we only got several inches of rain in the yard and a lot of wind.

Now I'm worried about Ike... :|
