Default Deal or No Deal Winner

The gal who won the million dollars in Deal or No Deal lives about 20 miles north of me. Although I don't know her, I share her disdain for the snow that we get in Utah. If I had a million dollars, like her, I'd move to some place sunny, too.

Ah we have that same show here in Sweden. A million dollars is no small win I think a lot of people who win large sums of money end up A) living the exact same way and make no use of the money, or B) blow it all in 1 year and end up miserable.. but what do I know, maybe I'm just jealous

No, Melka you are not jealous, this is the real picture that you are talking about. I have yet to see a person who does something really big with the prize money. The winner finally ends up at the place from where he or she had started their lives.

They finally had a winner? I don't watch that show but I'd heard no one had ever gone all the way on it.

I never got into watching that show, but I know a lot of people who do. My hubby likes it but he doesn't watch it religiously. I've never heard of anyone actually winning big on there either.

Here's a link to some videos on NBC's website. The winner is a 27 year old mom who lives in Sandy, Utah. She and her husband met at Brigham Young University and at the time of taping the show, they were expecting their second child.
