If you count the hours till your children go to school because they bother you all the time then there's either a problem with them or you. You don't seem like a very dedicated parent. :|

My granddaughter, whom I babysit for mon-fri started back last week. I'm always glad when school starts again and also happy when it's out for the summer. She was ready to start back in and she's so happy to be back now to the regular routine of things.

Patrick I don`t someone is not a good parent because they can`t wait till the kids go back to school. It can be very stressful during the summer if you can`t afford some kind of daycamp for your kids. Ours started back August 19th. Right now we just have my 13 yr old stepson and my 8 yr old granddaughter that go to school. My oldest is 20 and my 17 yr old goes to Job Corp in NC.

No kids on this front, but it is the season. I see the high schoolers out in droves.

My little girl went back today. Horray!!! and not before time. It was only for two hours, but I managed to get a bit of cleaning done. Tomorrow she is there for the whole day, and she is already talking about the christmas break!

too funny!

my children have already started

wait till they go for a month or so, then you'll miss 'em and say: "I can't wait for vacation so I can spend more time with them"

remember to come back on this post and say so
