Default Different time Zones.

When you travel to places with different time zones, do you get disturbed sleep, do you get irritated when it is time to sleep you are up and vice a versa ?

I tend to do all right. As long as I get my sleep I tend to adjust pretty well after a few days. I think the key is to struggle and fight to stay with the time zone you're in regardless of how tired you are. If your body tells you it's time to sleep, but it's the middle of the day, do whatever you can to make it through and then hit the sack at night.

I am able to adjust pretty well to different time zones as well, I tend to get into the mindset of the place I am going to when I get onto the plane, and sleep or not sleep accordingly.

I hate the feeling of tiredness, and it usually takes me a while to get back into normal sleeping patterns.

Nope. I've never had much of a problem with this. I adjust pretty well, maybe because I'm a night owl anyway.

I have no problem with the different time zones. It doesn't seem to disturb my sleeping patterns because I generally work in shifting hours, sometimes in graveyard shift.

a good question.

I personally never had this problem.
I used to travel to Europe quite often, and I never had a problem with jetleg.

It is perhaps because I never have a regular sleep on a fixed schedule.
I usually sleep when I cannot keep my eyes open anymore. Whether it is dark or bright outside is not that important.
