Tracks and trunks- do they go along?

Do you pack along your trunks and tracks when you travel places? Is it that you are out of the bed of your hotel room to go for a jog or stroll on the beach or make use of the health club of your resort, when on a holiday?

I tend to pack on the light side - a duffel if the trip is less than a week, and a larger checked bag for trips lasting more than a week.

I hate to sound repetitive, but what? I don't really understand your question. Do I take my swimsuit? Yes, if I'm going someplace sunny. I just have no clue what the rest of your question is about.
