I have heard about people taking adventures into the jungle that are lead by shaman - any idea how they link up with these people? Are there websites that coordinate this sort of trip?

I would not recommend such a trip.

What kind of protection do you think you have over there?
In my opinion, it is a trip that puts you in a lot of danger.

Sometimes in order to have great experiences you need to take a bit of a risk.

You are right.
I have seen too many bad things happen to good people in the last few months.

At this point, I would personally NOT take the risk.
