Removed the subforums

As you may have noticed we decided to remove the country-specific subforums. We think it's much better this way; easier to read and less confusion. All the old threads have been moved to their respective main forum.

Haha, yes I mean "we" as in the website. Or rather, myself and my co-admin typex (who's a little less active than me it appears, haha).
