Miami Beach is one of the hottest hot spots to travel to in Florida. Both literally and figuratively, this city in the Sunshine State is both a place of hot temperatures and a thriving entertainment lifestyle! What is now known as a place to lie out on the beach, dance until dawn, and check out all the fine modern structures and landmarks was once actually completely cleared to make way for real estate opportunities. Those opportunities paid off in a huge way beginning in 1915 and now Miami Beach is a place where many love to call home, and still thousands other love to call their home away from home! With its many attractions and so many things to see and do, it's no wonder that Miami Beach's visitor count goes up year after year!
AreasGiven that Miami Beach is an area all unto its own and like no other, there are no separate areas of Miami Beach. This truly eclectic environment seems to take pieces of all corners of life and place them all together. Here you will find excellent shopping experiences, dining experiences, art galleries, and beach life! Tourist resorts are packed among local condominiums and everyone blends in very nicely, which perhaps is why Miami Beach is so well known for its laid-back attitude.

People generally like to travel to Miami Beach during the winter months of November to April not only to escape the cold in their own location but also because this is the time of year when Miami Beach sees the mildest of temperatures. With days that don't get temperatures much higher than 24 degrees Celsius, there is very little rain and humidity. The nights are also very comfortable with mild temperatures. The summer months from May to October can become unbearably hot with temperatures reaching highs of 31 degrees Celsius. Added to this is the intense humidity which makes it feel much hotter. This is also when Miami Beach experiences their rainy season and hurricanes can become a danger.
